No, according to NOAA, CO2 levels were highest in 2014 and this level has not been seen in the past 800,000 years of detailed records but there is evidence that levels have not been this high in the past several million years. From the article: "But whether it’s 800,000 years ago or 15 million years ago, Gleick emphasizes that “the more important point to remember is that never in the history of the planet have humans altered the atmosphere as radically as we are doing so now.”
The NOAA has been caught cooking the books on the raw temperature data repeatedly. Of course the AGW alarmism devotees will deny it, because that is what they do. But the fact is that these numbers have been falsified and these trends are not accurate or trustworthy.

They think if they do something like putting cardboard into a dumpster marked cardboard you have really done something. The laughable part of the climate change agenda is that they want to start solar radiation management (SRM) to cool the earth and counter global warming. The climate scientists say SRM will require high flying jets to release aerosol trails that will spread and create artificial clouds in the sky blocking direct sunlight. They can't do this in one part of the globe without affecting other parts so they must perform SRM 24/7 all over the globe. Think about how many jet aircraft must be used for such an operation and think about all the jet fuel burning and releasing tons CO2 and other pollutants. And the climate scientists say SRM will alter the weather too.
India and China pledge to increase CO2 output to make up for what we cut.
This is a terrible deal for America once again at the hands of this traitor.
