Also, in regards to contraception failure, if 2+ contraceptives are always simultaneously and correctly used, then the odds of contraception failure should be very low, if not extremely low.
Indeed, this appears to be advice which way too many people forget way too often.
Pro-lifers can give similar advice to women who don't want to be forced to carry an unplanned pregnancy to term, though.
Also, for the record, male-bodied people can get raped by female-bodied people.
I got one time got what I call this treatment from a woman. Made me feel used,,,,,for about 30 seconds. Time enough to call all my buddies and get congrats from them. It in no way made me feel jaded and cold towards women in the future.
Also, for the record, a woman doesn't need to sign a contract for this; rather, she simply needs to promise a man that she will get an abortion in the event of an unplanned pregnancy. If the man can prove that a woman promised this (such as with the help of a contract or an e-mail from this woman or whatever), then he should be able to get an opt-out from paying child support if he gives up all of his parental rights and avoids all contact with this child at least untilt his child reaches age 18.

What about women who are willing to get abortions and/or to give their offspring up for adoption, though?

1. If a man doesn't know a woman very well, and vice versa, before having sex with her the onus for a pregnancy isn't hers alone, is it?
2. Contraception rarely fails, but it does sometimes or a woman may not be truthful about contraception status. See point #1.

1. I'm sorry, but can you please rephrase this? After all, I don't quite understand what you are asking here.
2. Sure, but this will occur very rarely, if not extremely rarely, if 2+ contraceptives are always simultaneously and correctly used. Plus, there are the options of abortion and adoption afterwards.
3. Then why exactly would such a woman make such a promise to a man in the first place, though? After all, if she is trying to trap him into paying child support, then she would be an utter idiot to make this promise to him in a verifiable way.
