Ben Carson Wants to Bomb the Border with Drones (military, support, Arizona)

Carson proposed the idea of using drones for possible air strikes.

"If that requires getting rid of some of their hideouts, I'll get rid of some of their hideouts," Carson said.

Just wondering if we're going to be bombing the US side of the border, or starting a war with Mexico. Just when you think you've heard a Republican candidate say the craziest thing possible, the raise the ante.

Surveillance drones are different from bomber drones... the amount of ignorance here is shocking.

He's not suggesting surveillance only.

according to Dennis Welch, who was covering the event for KTVK-TV Phoenix, Carson seemed to suggest that he supported drone strikes on U.S. soil in order to protect the border...

According to Welch, Carson said:

"I'm suggesting we do what we need to do to secure the border whatever that is." "You look at some of these caves and things out there one drone strike, boom, and they'd gone."

So what about the ignorance?

Some drones are used for surveilance at the border already.. I propose more with infrared and communication. strikes unnecessary unless their military crosses our border agian.
