Pretty interesting, but is it a real big news story? Wasn't there a head transplant performed 69 years ago? I think it was an Orangutan head on a human....
I'm pretty sure this is all a publicity stunt for the video game Metal Gear Solid. He was featured in the game, and that game is known for crazy out there scifi stuff.

LGBT is looking for another letter to add and socialists desperate for votes seeks to create a new voter block. A female head on a male body and visa versa will create a firestorm of poltical correctness and social justice. Barbers will go out of business by the thousands.
ISIS will claim all the beheadings were science experiments and obama will invest taxpayer money in their research.
Criminal justcie will convict the head and condemn the body for crimes claimed to be committed by the head and not the body. Prosecutors will charge the boday as an accessory to the crime.
Don't even ask about an illegal alien or foreign national head on a citizen from another nation! The 14th ammendment will be repealed, reinstated and appealed for generations.
The social justice fight for unisex public bathrooms will suddenly make sense as transgenders get up in arms to defend their rights and project hate speech toward the 'headers'.

They had planned to put a human brain into a robot body within a few years. It would have the strength of 5 gorillas but would only be about 5 feet tall. The strength of 5 gorillas is awesome, but why so short?
If nothing else, this could lead to more P&OC silliness.
