With the legal meaning of people, being persons. When do humans become a person?
Birth?
conception?
18 years old?
21 years old?
when elected to political office and become the ruling class?
When you bank a million dollars?

Depends on which subject you are discussing, since the question is really "At what age do you qualify for certain privileges/rights/options/responsibilities in our society?"

Privilege/Right/Option/Responsibility -- Age when you can (potentially) exercise the privilege.

The right to not be aborted -- Beginning of 3rd trimester (approx.); when the fetus is old enough to survive outside the womb.
The privilege to drive a car -- Age 16 (depends on the State).
The right to vote -- Age 18.
The option to join the Military (i.e., selling yourself into slavery for a period of time) -- Age 18.
The right to slowly start recouping the hundreds of thousands of dollars you probably paid in Social Security taxes over a lifetime of working -- age 65 (if you were born before 1959); age 67 (if you were born in 1961 or after).

Finally, the right to have your political opinion matter in government decision-making -- When you join The Ruling Class via (1) being elected to political office, joining the Corporate Elite (CEO, VP, Board of Directors), reaching adulthood in a Ruling Elite family, or having enough personal wealth to either buy politicians or buy media coverage pushing your agenda.

The right of the people... People is defined as persons.
There is no age, color, or gender placed upon the term people, in the legal dictionary.
Meaning, According to the Bill of Rights, there is no age limit, for the right to KEEP & BEAR ARMS.. NONE!

According to the Bill of Rights, there is no restriction on who can, or cannot KEEP & BEAR ARMS.
People.... You try to take them, you die by the very amendment that allows every individual, to defend themselves from other people and a Government that is trying to oppress them of their rights, to liberty.

Adult, is not the same as people, or are you defining people, different than "persons"

What does that have to do with the time one is considered a person?

Depending on who you are talking to and using your logic a kid should get an UZI in utero...

At conception, but that's only because my mom was a conservative. If she were a liberal, I would have been a mass of tissues till I was born or aborted.
