Here’s another “interesting” fact. Not only does it appear that the Swedish government may be trying to prevent its citizens from knowing the truth by not collecting data and calling all rapists “Swedish men,” it passed a law in December of 2014 making it a CRIME for citizens to criticize the government’s immigration policies and/or “insulting” immigrants. If that doesn’t convince you that “progressive” politicians will go to any length to protect their insane ideologies and PC dogma I don’t know what will.
And the reason for the increased rape statistics is the fact that Sweden changed their definition of rape. So their statistics, and the inference being made by the OP is not really accurate either.

What is CJ?

Interesting sidenote: In the early days of the UCR only the most serious offense in a crime spree would be recorded for statistical purposes.
Example: John Doe rapes 2 women (takes one hostage), burns down the house, steals a car for the getaway and then kills his hostage.
The rapes, kidnapping, arson, and grand theft auto would not be recorded. Just the homicide.
Heirachical coding systems used to tally crimes, deaths, medical events is how events are converted to numbers that statisticians and programmers use. This classification can create or make problems go away. Usually this is seen when comparing firearm deaths or infant deaths frm country to country.
Though Sweeden changed their definitions, we do not know for certain if that impacted the rapes up or down.

Anytime you go from necessary penetration to unnecessary penetration your numbers will go up.

...part of the reason, not the reason. The fact that women there are raped by Muslim immigrants at a highly disproportionate rate is undeniable.
