Yeah. When one considers how certain European colonialists and imperialists spread turmoil, genocide, slavery, oppression, wiping out of history, etc. of indigenous people throughout the globe, one may not know how to take when Europe cries foul of immigration happening in it's territories and probably not even near on the same scale.
That being said though, I know that it was certain individual European colonialists that did certain atrocities in times past, not the Europeans of today (some of which I suspect are decent people).
Europe was invaded many times in history and by muslims before. Now the muslims are doing it again. There's not one group of people who have not migrated somewhere and clashed with another group. The Amerindians migrated to the Americas and clashed with other tribes many times. It's anti-European to try to claim they are only ones that migrated and clashed with another group.
The European colonization of America has nothing to do with 3rd worlders illegally migrating today.
Why aren't any of the moderators asking questions to the republican candidates on what their policy would be on bringing more of these refugees here.
If Hillary wins, they'll come flooding in.
I'm not so worried about them coming here as we unlike the Europeans have a 2nd amendment which most of the civilized United States holds dear.
Pfffft... Castro opened his jails and sent tens of thousands of refugees here. Thousands were hardened criminals.
Why didn't the Second Amendment stop that?
What does Cuba and Castro sending criminals here have to do with the fact that I can better protect my family and myself with a firearm than a European can because of the 2nd amendment?
