Aren't some of our allies helping and arming them ? so why are we complaining ?
Contained or not is not the issue at all ? how can you contain them,when some of our allies are funding and training them in Syria ?

In the OP's video Obama only spoke about ISIS not getting stronger in Iraq and Syria. Can you provide evidence that Obama is wrong and ISIS is getting stronger in Iraq and Syria?
Before the GW Bush White House said 935 false statements about Iraq and invaded Iraq in a senseless war, was ISIS a threat and did ISIS have any power?

He Said contained. As in ISIS isn't growing outside of Syria and therefore not a risk anymore outside of Syria since the Russians, KPP, Iranians, Iraqis, and yes, some U.S. were all making progress against ISIS. If you want to believe he was only talking about Syria and Iraq as an operating area for ISIS, then go ahead. ( he calls the group ISIL vs ISIS)
