What that actually proves is that we are more at risk from a person ALREADY HERE and living among us, than from any potential "refugees" brought here.

Just about all of the attackers in Paris sure could have. No problem.

With a Syrian passport? No. Remember the thread title? Syrian refugees.

Obama and the other democrats such as Hillary Clinton being cowards about ISIS can only help the republicans in 2016.

Partially???! It is very disturbing. Ever since his "fundamentally transform America" announcement in 2009, that's the way Barry's always been.

Her brother Youssouf Ait Boulahcen said that she had had no interest in religion, never read the Koran and had only started wearing a Muslim veil a month ago.

She would have passed the vetting process.

Good point, some will pass a vetting process, and will have fooled the system. There will be those who pass and slip thru the cracks. There will be those who seek to harm us, you can bet on that.

I UNDERSTAND from something I read recent, that some of these people are here for years, fit in with society, enjoy western living so it seems, all along, plotting our demise. They look normal just different on the outside. But while here, talking to others, who give the orders, very interesting. But their ideals and beliefs, do not leave who they are in body heart soul and mind.

We sincerely do not need this added burden, with all the Americans who are out of work, can barely afford to live, elderly that cannot make it, our vets, our homeless, and we need to add to this. Big mistake.

What kind of America if it can be called America anymore are we leaving to future generations.

Not sure why I used the word partially. It is very disturbing.

Protection of our borders in this newer and morphing world of the high potential of terrorism approaching U.S. soil more regularly makes Obama even mentioning his veto word to allow more refugees into this country is about as counter-productive to the needs of this country going forward as I can imagine.

I know it's hip to imitate Donald Trump, but what is the point of doing something which doesn't make any sense.

The only other option would be not to let anyone into the country.
The fact that there is no data about many of them explains the 0.5% admission rate. If they can't find any information about you, then they don't let you in.
