Seriously? This is a question for us? The Constitution is a guideline for us, and the government is filled with Americans. My neighbor won a city council position in the last election, so yes, we Americans run our government through elections.
There is no disarming of Americans going on because we have tons of weapons available to Americans. The 2nd Amendment is not being infringed.
As I said in a previous post about this (which you ignored), 2nd amendment rights don't have to be taken away completely to be "infringed" upon.
Every new law, regulation, fee, etc that gets passed is a "baby step" towards the anti-gun left's ultimate goal of ridding citizens of their right or ability to own firearms.

The concept isn't that complicated that it needs to be simplified.
What is complicated is perpetuating the myth that all felons are violent and that all felons are in or have been in prison (murderers, rapists, kidnappers, etc) and anti-gunners don't seem to have any problem with not acknowledging this because it helps further their agenda.
It gets further complicated when you realize that what constitutes a felony is not consistent from one state to the next. So, two people can commit the same exact crime in two different states and one will be charged with a felony and the other a misdemeanor.

What you really need is a place to live that has no government. Of course, you won't have things like roads and clothes and fuel and electricity and money, but Hey! You can be absolutely free to do what you please there. you won't have to worry about buying a firearm through the mail, because there will be no firearms, no ammunition, and, most importantly, no mail.
America is a country of laws. I would venture that the overwhelmingly vast majority of its citizens like it that way.

One need not institute complete anarchy to respect natural law and to follow the original spirit of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
The freedom to chose for myself, from unlimited choices, on millions of things I will deal with in my lifetime.
My unlimited choices have been narrowed down to one in many cases, with the choice then being... Take it or leave it, buddy.... You still have a choice and the freedom to choose.
Rights have I lost?
I do not have a 1st amendment any longer. I cannot worship how and where I please. I have been limited to speak in free speech zones. It is now a privilege, if the government allows.
I do not have a 2nd amendment any longer. I 'm today told by government, what weapon I can make. What weapon I can keep. What weapon I can use and most of all, what weapon I'm allowed to carry on my person, or that I cannot carry a weapon at all... Shall not be infringed and all that.
I do not have a 4th amendment any longer. The Patriot Act made sure of that, with NDAA reinforcing it.
I no longer have a 5th amendment. I can now be forced to incriminate myself in all sorts of ways for the government to be intrusive and punish.
the 10th amendment has no teeth any longer. What clearly the federal government has no business doing, have taken that power from the states, without constitutional authority to do so, under the redefined welfare clause.
You know what? If I had lost all that you have lost and spent as much time as you do expressing that heartburn, I might take that gun that I CAN buy, put it to my head and pull the trigger. Got that freedom anyway...
Otherwise, if you can worship in the comfort of your own home, why isn't that plenty good enough for you? Okay, if not, then you can go worship in the park, on the mountain top, on the street corner. You could worship in all these different places where you can worship, a different place every day for the rest of your life, and never run out of where you can worship!
Can't make the weapons you want? Now that is a real source of heartburn right there. I was thinking just yesterday how I would like to make a special mini nuclear weapon, but I found out that's not legal. Damn it! I'm with you on this one. Sure wish the terrorists felt as restricted as we do in these regards...
I was also infringed upon yesterday when a woman walked by that I thought I would really like to have all my own. Why not too long ago, that was my right, right? Laws infringing me here, there and everywhere damn it! What's next? I can't drive a car that hasn't passed the smog test? That's an infringement on my right to travel!!!
All the rest of the Amendments no longer respected or applied..., why not write a new Constitution already?
