We have about one generation left before we go off the rails.

Looks that way. After the first couple European countries start forcing their citizens to convert, pay tax to Muslims, or die, perhaps a few of them will recognize their future.

I'd rather repeal the Second amendment.. We don't need it any longer. Our right to form a militia is well -documented.

The fact that anyone of them would sign it should be a concern. My guess is most of them were confusing it with the 2nd but that's no excuse.

They're attending Yale, the ones not admitted through Affirmative Action should know the difference between the 1st and 2nd Amendments.

Yet, apparently they don't!

What's that say about your precious white race? hehe

(video is bogus, in any case)
(just another conservative wasting his time trying desperately to make fun of 'liberals')

I say, GET A JOB, SLACKER!

It's for the children.
What has that got to do with the First Amendment? Close loopholes for free speech, right to peacefully assemble and free exercise of Religion? Loopholes???

There is no room for hate speech in Obamas fundamentally transformed America. You don't have to repeal the 1rst or the 2nd. The constitution is what we say it is and if we deem your speech prosecutable then so be it.

This convinces me that nothing is more stupid than a graduate of Yale.

They've become the school for the retarded.

The First Amendment was intended to protect speech that offends. It should not matter as to whether you or I find the speech offensive, hateful or stupid. The rights of the person to SAY those things should never be taken away! If the speech is meant to incite violence, intentionally slander another person or the intent is to cause harm or injury (i.e., yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre) then of course such speech should not and is not protected. Once you start letting the government determine what speech is acceptable and what is not, based solely on who is offended by it, eventually ALL speech will be outlawed. Just look at how political correctness has turned society into thin-skinned victims who are no longer capable of intelligent discourse because the language of debate has been deemed offensive and intolerable, thus shutting down any ability to express opposition to ideas and public policies that run counter to common sense!
