Should men and women be paid the same by their employer if they have the same duties in a company?
As long as they have had the same time on the job and there are no differences in skills why not yes to that and anyone else?
If they were out with children and land a similar job to an employee longer on the job their pay should be less to that man or woman by comparison.
Anyone doing the same job for the same company should be paid the same. Why would you pay a woman less than a man if she is doing the same thing?
Should a Brick layer who can lay 50% more brick than another Mason earn more money?
Or if half his work had to be redone would that also warrant more money ?

Same job and same skill level.
If someone is slower, or does poorer quality work, that is not the 'same skill level'. duh
Really? I worked in a bunch of places where a lot of men and women were doing the same jobs. I guess that was an exception? Not typical at all? Maybe I was working on a different planet?

What does "duties" have to do with your skill level or production?
What I support is equal pay for the same amount of production level. If I'm going to hand you a shovel too dig a trench I'll pay you for how much dirt you can dig. If you are some scrawny man that couldn't fight his way out of wet paper bag you are useless to me, I'd rather hire the physically fit woman that can actually accomplish the job.
