But all the gun-slinging states have somehow dispatched the majority of their homicides to Chicago. Amazing how only the liberals mind is capable of reaching these conclusions.

Because liberals keep talking about how Texas is going to turn into the wild west once the open-carry laws go into effect. The fact that Chicago was displaying their usual record-setting homicide rates was just icing on the cake.
