I don't know... the way some of you go on... you'd think we had 9/11 under a Democrat. You'd think the recovery from the Great Recession took place under a Republican. I am baffled by all this talk about Carter and how unsafe we were. The truly horrific International Incidents have not happened under Carter or Obama. Unemployment peaked at 10.2% under Reagan. Bush? 650K unemployment filings per week!! Zero job creation? A DOW slide from 14K to less than 8K? There is a name for the strenuous denial of reality.
Great man and a great President of the United States. Unlike his detractors he follows the teachings of Christ instead of just pretending to be Christ-like.
Obama is not a despicable human being. He is a good friend to his close friends and he is a good father and husband.
That doesn't change the fact that Obama lies, a lot, even by politician standards.
I think you are conflating real and legitimate concerns about his lack of honesty with the American people and him as a family man/friend to his friends. You can be a great person and a horrible president (and I dare say vice versa is possible too).
It is nothing personal when I point out things like he factually lied about how his own mother died to score political points. In fact, I am more mad at his supporters who refuse to hold him accountable (pay attention Trump supporters). Because we get more failures and lies when we accept them within our own party and our country loses.
I don't think it was "shameful". I think it was a nice gesture from a millionaire.
However, I still don't like obama, and I do not regret not voting for him.

Obama's world view, and especially that of how he views America is clearly the opposite of what many Americans think, even the ones that supported him.
Had they really known what he planned to do, there is no way all the same people would have voted for him, or stayed home not to vote against him.

biden also said of obama: our first mainstream black that is clean and articulate. Go ahead, swallow it up.
