To restate, in the scheme of things, the email issue was a minor mistake. Compared to Cruz's bone-head idea that we should carpet bomb in Syria or Trump's plan to bomb Iraq's oil fields, the email issue is of minor comparative importance when deciding who should be president. But we all know that the GOP must bang the drum on the emails because the GOP candidates have nothing but stupid foreign policy ideas, that actually do jeopardize national security. It's another "follow the shiny object" tactic. "Don't focus on the GOP candidates that will escalate wars and get American soldiers killed -- focus on these emails."

Hooly Sheeeet Batman, that's really far fetched.

"In the scheme of things"?

It's pretty darn important in the foundational character of one whom seeks to be President.
Sounds as if that foundation is built on quicksand.

Hillary just messed up in her interview with Wolf Blitzer. She started out that she did not send any material 'marked' classified. But he pressed her once or twice, and she came back with "I did not send any classified material." I think that point is proven beyond doubt.

These discussions really do get silly.. Classification is done by an EO. Everyone know what an EO is?

Everyone knows who signs an EO? Everyone know whose authority it is that allows any document or information to be classified?

So we hold the ones whose authority allows anything to be classified has no say in the matter?

Sheeesh.

No it is not. And it cannot be proven by the intelligence service unless they get the President to agree...which is very unlikely. She controlled classification in the State Dept. And if she says it was not classified no one but the President can override her view.

Classified material, no matter who or how its classified is still classified. I had/have a TS/SCI and the things Hillary and her constituents are saying is just BS. She knew/knows what was on her emails via her server.. She signed a Non disclosure agreement, had a private email server for Official US Government position. It is against the law and is considered high treason as many other countries had access to it due to lack security. This whole cant be debated people. She is corrupt, and you/we the people cant hold her accountable due to her husband and complicit DOJ.

It's so undebatable that it's not only actively being debated but there is no conclusion made by legal authorities.

Hillary spent energy and time protecting her secrets by circumventing national procedures, which exposed national secrets in the process.

She has horrible priorities.

From your source: "It would be illegal for anyone to store classified information in an unauthorized way, like, say, on an unauthorized personal email server."

Your source is over a month old and was arguing that it hasn't been proven that she sent or received classified emails...are you as confident today as you were over a month ago that there was no classified information on her server?
