Apparently the 2nd amendment doesn't require a gun owner to be sane, sober, or responsible when carrying their firearms. Why do you want to infringe on this man's civil rights?
And apparently, people such as you think those people are responsible?
Best thing I can say, if that's what you have seen around you, is to start hanging out with better class people, or spend less time on YouTube watching performances. That's not normal by any means, and certainly is not a "Tradition."

And the other difference is that we require people to go through classes and pass a written and a driving test before they're issued a drivers license. But any idiot can buy a gun.

I've been around guns for 45 years......I have never seen what you say you have seen.....maybe you do need to find better friends.....if it's that common in your area.
