Funny how this thread wasn't started back in 2008 when they were making tons of money. Selecting a single year without reflecting that most CEOs pay spans many years.

The thread back then would have been about a greedy ceo that made oil prices high.

A classic case of intellectual dishonesty

Well that CEO drove profits................for himself!

Why does the GOP constantly harp about "job creators?" Who are those "job creators?"

Corps. They are our largest job creators, but it is a side effect I hope..not a goal.

Um, I hate to have to point it out to you but right in the thread title it mentions 25,000 jobs lost.

You do realize that at some point the company created those 25,000 jobs and then some?

Probably not.

I know the answer, and I still don't care.

The bellyaching about a "floor price" was more than enough to abandon any advocacy of the energy industry.

Couldn't agree more. I hope OPEC increases the pumping.

I believe they did and if not I think they were listed with The Lone Ranger... That said Dick Nuniz who was a long-term Disnery employee was ousted after the first D-23 as Disney Pictures President for similar reasons with the G-Force movie and I think the Race to Witch Mountain reboot.

That said, this CEO is likely going to have to answer the board if they don't succeed this next fiscal year.
