Why can Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and more be Muslim countries....but Israel wanting to be a Jewish country is the end of the world? Hypocrisy.
Syria murders over 200,000 of their own citizens. Literally slaughters them. And the west barely makes a fuss. Or does anything meaningful about it. Hypocrisy.
Why is it that Hamas, a recognized terrorist group can have a charter to kill all Jews and destroy Israel....that builds tunnels to kidnap and murder innocent people...and Hamas sends hundreds upon hundreds of rockets onto innocent people...and Hamas does nothing for their people....yet they get a free pass? Why is it that the Palestinian Authority can reject solutions multiple times which offer them virtually every thing they ask and not be criticized? Why is it that all the Palestinians can incite murder and hate in their mosques, schools, and media and get a pass? Hypocrisy.
Israel is not perfect.
But they have a thriving democracy. Elections. LGBT rights. Women rights. Over 20% of Israeli citizens are Arabs...with full voting rights and full representation in the Parliament.... Most Nobel prizes per capita in the world....Enormous contributions to science, medicine, computer technology,,,"the start-up nation"....And what do the Muslims noted above have...autocrats....dictators...that kill their own people...hang them, stone them, lash them...and more.
There are more Muslims in Israel then there are Jews in the entire Middle East.
Why?
Because it's OK for these Middle East Muslim countries to kill Jews. Kick Jews out. And yes, do the same to the Christians.
Where is the UN on really pushing these matters. Where is the EU?
They do the opposite: They blame the ONLY country that actually lives the values of freedom, democracy, respect for human rights.

Good question! I wonder if the answer can be discussed before the immediate misrepresentations of anti-semitism arrive to prevent the facts from being considered objectively.
For starters, whenever you have one group of people -- for whatever reason -- taking the land by force from another, no right or wrong that follows justifies that invasion.
In this case, however, we also have a wrong that follows. The Zionist's absolute insistence on continued settlements in defiance of countless U.N. resolutions condemning those acts of aggression, plus the repeated refusal to broker a peace, because Israel doesn't like what the Palestinians think or say in protest of those same acts of aggression.
Again, this is just for starters. Perhaps a better response is to simply have you read Jimmy Carter's book, "Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid." Carter was a Nobel Peace Prize winner btw. There is also what frustration Winston Churchill expressed in dealing with the Zionists. More than a few POTUS who have expressed additional frustration dealing with AIPAC.
All this despite what percent of Americans who call themselves Zionists? A good many Jews are similarly frustrated with what Israel is doing, so how does it continue? The answer to that question is also fairly obvious...
Over 13,500 rockets have been launched from Gaza into Israel, targeting civilians, since 2001, averaging 3 rockets per day. And the threat isn’t over; more than 4,500,000 Israelis live within Hamas rocket range, and there are an estimated 10,000 more rockets in Hamas’ possession, poised to fire.
Bottom line, Israel has the right to defend herself. Plus, let's face it, israel deserves to be the Jewish state. everybody (including the Muslims) would be better off.

no one called for a "Palestine" before the Arabs lost bigtime during the 6-day war.
so called Palestinians have been offered statehood MANY TIMES, rejecting every single one (obviously). In negotiations, no one gets 100% of what they are asking. PM Olmert offered them 95% and even now, Abbas said he should have taken it when he had the chance.
Palestinians never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

For middle east, yes, Muslims will be better off living in a Jewish state.
