My state (SC) is considering passing a bill that would require transgender people use the restroom according to the sex they were born with on their birth certificate. This would be for public restrooms, public universities, and public agencies. I have no problem with that! I hope it passes in our state. I don't want a transvestite in the bathroom with my son or daughter. I also will cancel my paypal account since they are giving a hard time to North Carolina for passing this common sense bill!
If you have a Penis, you go to the Men's room. If not, you go to the ladies room. If a person went so far as to have that level of "change", I wouldn't want to force them to use the bathroom "appropriate" to their birth-sex. If you have junk, boy's room. If not, girl's room!
All the problems we have in this country with healthcare, education, and crime... And our politicians focus on this crap. Unbelievable!
I'm sure the OP could have chosen from hundreds or thousands of bills dealing with health, education, crime and other issues. Let's face it, pro-choice bathroom bills now are now Hot Topic.
Letting men use women's facilities, and women use men's, is important enough for politicians to spend time on.
A person should use a rest room appropriate for their plumbing and not necessarily for their proclivities.

Dang it! Several weeks ago I made an extremely aggressive, emotional rant against this bill over several posts...and you just changed my mind with a few words. It wasn't even an informative post. It was just you stating you opinion.

I think its simple, if you have a penis you go to the one for men, if you don't you go to the one for women, if a place wants to make a bath where only one person can use it at a time then make it multi. but quit trying to push your crap down the rest of our throats. Do you really think your going to make people who are uncomfortable with trannys comfortable by making them share a bathroom.
As a man, would you be comfortable with caitlyn jenner showing up in the men's bathroom. How would you react. You would probably be uncomfortable so why not let her use the ladies room.
