They won't be deported. Transgender is now becoming a protected class in America, so they can argue under our asylum laws that returning home will put them in danger that they wouldn't face here.

because obama is our king. He puts criminal illegals before american citizens . He don't care about us. Only about them.
When word spreads throughout Mexico and central America that there is a separate building away from the masses for transgender people and are a protected class, border agents will be hearing 'I'm from [insert country name] and I'm transgender and I fear for my life'.
This isn't exactly new territory. Many local jails and prisons already segregate transgenders from the general population. "Women" who are built differently below are housing in male section but separate, vice-versa for "men" who are the same.
Often this goes by request, that is the inmate is asked where they want to go. Surprisingly a good number of MTF trans (those who still have male equipment) prefer going into the general population. As you can imagine someone who is not enough of one and too much of another can command a high "price" in a male prison. They are literally treated like first wives in a harem and that includes receiving everything from protection to gifts.
OTHO since jails and prisons are legally responsible for the safety and welfare of inmates courts have held that putting transgenders in with GP can be a liability. Again for the same reasons noted above.
Either way putting a trans into male GP is like sending a virgin into a prison rodeo.
I'm as accepting as anyone of gays, lesbians and bisexuals, I believe they should have the right to marry, be free from harassment, etc. But the hullabaloo over the transgender population (can you even call them a population?) is getting ridiculous. From what magical pots of money are we pulling these resources to accommodate a tiny percentage of a tiny percentage of the US population?
How did this minuscule group of people gain so much clout? Isn't this like the ruling class white South Africans forcing the majority black South Africans to bend to their will?
