It does. It makes sure public schools and other public entities can continue to keep multiple occupancy open restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms single-sex only.

It'll be interesting to see if SCOTUS chooses to legalize pedophiliac FELONY indecent exposure sex crimes. I'm not seeing how they can violate 10th Amendment states' rights or the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause.
