One of the more charming characteristics of the rabid right is their deep pessimism coupled to their anger and fear of the future.
Things are just not what they used to be. Every election from here on out comes down to this choice: Liberty or tyranny. At the moment, tyranny is in charge of everything. It shouldn't be hard to figure out in this day and age, but that's where we're at right now. Sad, but true. Politics never have been a very friendly battle, but they used to be just mere disagreements way back when. Now the left wants to literally murder those with whom they disagree. It's appalling.
