Here are two links on the subject.
One from HuffPo, another from Infowars, to be fair & balanced:

U.S. Diplomats Rebuke Obama On Syria And Call For Strikes On Assad

State Department Officials Call for Military Intervention to Topple Syria’s Assad

A good perousal of news from various sources would reveal that the United States

and its NATO allies are making serious affronts against Russia.

With ISIS and the other "rebel" groups on the run in Syria and Iraq, some

State Department officials (50 of them in an official cable which is now being

considered by John Kerry and Obama) - want to resort to open war, no longer

couching their war by proxy groups (also known as terrorists).

Do you support attacking the government of Syria, and risking war with Russia ?

Turkey, a member of NATO, helps ISIS.

The doctor added that the flow of ISIS members being admitted to Turkish hospitals has decreased, but they still see militants admitted every couple of weeks.

The saber-rattling is more or less intended to elicit a response from the Russians that the administration can use for propaganda purposes in order to paint them in a bad light and see if they'll throw the first punch. Everything about Syria, Iraq, and Libya is designed to make it appear the US is coming in to save the day, when the truth is the exact opposite.

I support impeaching anyone in the US government who gets us involved in such stupidity.

and all within the U.S. government.

Unusual for this to become public, even in a limited way. This administration is in obvious chaos. CIA director Brennan blasted Obama & company yesterday.

OK, so lets say we get rid of Assad.... What is supposed to replace him?

And how can we do that with nation building in Syria?

No... let them kill each other. I'm all for attacking ISIS, but that's it. Assad is not our fight and Obama REALLY screwed up making him our fight.

Obama is for ISIL. This is why they are in a clusterfutz over there right now.

Putin is trying to do the right thing, and Obama defies logic and does everything to cross him.

It's obvious that Obama has done everything to give ISIL the tools they need to succeed.
