Because lots of people have made lots of $$$ off our useless wars of the past 50+ years and been held responsible for nothing.

I'd be fine with anyone ordering open war in Syria being told do not pass go, do not collect any $$$, but go directly to trial. I've seen far too many young Americans come home in body bags from far too many conflicts of little/no benefit to the US in my lifetime, I'm tired of it and the mindless dolts responsible who are never held as such.

That's right, because since the neocons took over not only
the government, but the very sources of "official" American
media outlets, the majority of our population is either uninformed or intentionally misled.
Alternative sources of information are no longer fringe
but necessary if one is to discover and understand
what the hell is really happening.
A growing number of people don't know whom or even
what to believe anymore, and don't have the time or
inclination to invest in true knowledge that is not so
easily obtained as turning on the tv or radio.
The mainstream is corrupted and homogenized when
it comes to foreign policy....one voice of untruth.

Absolutely asinine idea. We have no business taking out the legitimate government of Syria, any more than we did in Libya or even Iraq. Assad understands the Islamic mindset and understands the need to keep Islamic terrorism under control. Instead the Obama administration insists on supporting terrorists trying to take down that legitimate government. It appears that Obama wants to do whatever he can to ensure the expansion and victory of ISIS.

There is no reason to risk the life of one American serviceman to keep the people of the Middle East from killing each other. Not one. No one there is worth it.

Let Russia take care of Syria.

Hate to say it but for us to get rid if ISIS we need to reestablish our forces in Iraq and stabilize that country. If we don't they will continue to hit Europe and the US.

Obama pulling out of Iraq left a huge void. I agree with McClain, Orlando was Obama's fault.

We never pulled out. We drew troops down (to then add more back in) BUT in no sane world do we perpetually police a foreign country.

We have bases in Germany and S.Korea. We may need to keep one in Iraq to keep the terrorism out of the US.

The Islamic Terrorist aren't going away anytime soon. Better to fight them there then to have them here.

We should have them in none of those places. How Many German's and S. Koreans have we killed lately though?

They came here because we are there. It's amazing how many can not see this. I've asked this over and over and over and no one will reply.

We bombed a hospital. Killed 42 innocent people. People who had no intention of doing us harm. Now if one of those we killed were your son or daughter would you want to see a retaliation for this?

If it was done here would we not demand retaliation?

Why should they be any different than us?
