Well..not sure how you would do that..a small correction though...The College of Southern Idaho...CSI...runs the refugee program..they are a non-profit and make no money..regardless of the number of Refugees settled, and there is a lot of input from the community. Jobs outreach..medical and housing needs.
All of the refugee resettlement agencies are non-profit and they all receive payment per refugee resettled. Those payments cover the salaries for the associated staff. Like any other bureaucracy, that staff has a vested financial interest in keeping the program going, and so they do. Once started these programs never end.
Last year the shire town in my county was selected as a refugee resettlement community with no input from the community. It was only announced after it was a done deal. The Mayor knew about it but not the Board of Alderman nor the general public. That Mayor was voted out of office last month because of this but it doesn't change the status of the program. To this day the Alderman and our State representatives have not been able to get a copy of the application that spells out why the community was chosen or what jobs, housing etc was supposedly available to the refugees. The Alderman sent a letter to the feds asking for a pause on implementing the program until they could review it, and they were ignored. Meanwhile the people getting paid by the feds are safe and snug 2 hours away where they will not feel whatever impact the refugees bring.

Good point. <bold> I love how some people run to the statement "well,well they're a non-profit" like that's some kind of automatic defense or makes that company automatically good or something. IT DOES NOT mean they're good,nice or even honest.
What some just can't seem to get or don't understand is being a "non-profit" does not mean no money. It means that they can't show a large corporate profit but they CAN pay themselves HUGE salaries and bonuses for doing their "charitable" works. They CAN drive luxury cars and buy property and eat at the most expensive restaurants every night all paid for by the "non-profit".
All it means is they have to spend most of the money they take in on the program(s) or the furtherance/administration of said programs. Basically, the corporation can't show a profit but the administrators and employees sure as hell can...

I certainly agree on non-profits. Given the lavish receiptions I have seen at a major Jewish non-profit with which I am affiliated and the huge amount of fund-raising I wouldn't doubt you're right. As for the merits, those people are happy to inflict non-assimilatable refugees on small, powerless communities. It's not their daughters (and in some cases young sons) that are being raped.
The case has been closed and sealed and good luck finding ANY reports on this........even local papers are not reporting it.

Other outlets reported that the Syrian refugees held the girl at knifepoint and urinated on her and, that when one of the fathers of the rapists found out, he gave him a high five.
The problem is that the story isn’t true. Exasperated after being overwhelmed by right-wing nuts making lurid accusations, the prosecutor in Twin Falls County came forward to explain the case.
“There were no Syrians involved, there was no knife involved, there was no gang-rape,” Grant Loebs told the press. In fact, while there are Syrian immigrants living in the area, exactly zero of them got there through the Syrian refugee program. The incident was blamed on people who literally do not exist.

It's terrible for the little girl and her parents - no one should have to go through that, that is awful.
No one should ever be the victim of rape or violence. But this story seems to me, to be getting twisted and used by individuals who have an agenda. That's all.
