Given their past, they'd better think this through a bit better.
Never mind that the right wing was never what shows up, with craft beer in hand, at a door where "National [as in NPR, NARAL, NOW, et al.] Socialist Workers Party" is scribbled above the bell.

From the same playbook, two generations after Nuremberg their publically embarrassed, chastened successors tried it again by attempting to label Obama "right wing." Same chapter and verse.

Progressive leftists never want to own it when their plans get the public's thumbs-down.

There was no hint of fraud, but some voting districts disregarded minor procedural rules, that were ignored the same way during previous elections.

While I think that it's good that the constitutional court reminded everyone that rules have to be followed, there is a bitter aftertaste because the misconduct of the losing candidate's election witnesses were vital for this judgment.

The constitutional court did not find that the election was not free and fair. They explicitly said that they did not rule in favour of Hofer.
