Well, the Bahamian government has every right to warn their citizens about a potential threat to their lives.
How strange. Why would only the white tourists be warned? Tourists of all backgrounds can be victims of crime. Or do only the lives of whites matter to you?
Why would only the black Bahamians be warned of American police? I guess you are of the belief that only blacks are being killed by police?
Obviously, you did not read the warning. Bahamians were warned, not just Bahamians of African descent.
Quote:
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration has taken a note of the recent tensions in some American cities over shootings of young black males by police officers,” the statement issued Friday reads.
"We wish to advise all Bahamians traveling to the US but especially to the affected cities to exercise appropriate caution generally,” the advisory says. “In particular young males are asked to exercise extreme caution in affected cities in their interactions with the police. Do not be confrontational and cooperate.”
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the U.S. State Department issued another travel warning to Americans traveling to the Bahamas--four months ago. Yes, the violent crime rate there continues to increase, as any cruise company will tell you.

Thanks for the laugh.
Thats a shame about the Bahamas, as it used to be quite lovely.

Not just black, not just white but ALL Bahamaians.
Obviously, you didn't read or you chose to ignore.
LOL...:. More like common sense. Name me one city in any country where it's a good idea to be confrontational with the police.
