Men are much more likely to commit sexual offenses. You can ignore this fact but it won't change this fact.
Any law that creates an environment where there is less scrutiny of men loitering at or entering a women's restroom increases the potential danger.
Something the typical leftist moron will never understand. The outrage is not even aimed at Transsexuals. If someone identifies and looks like a woman , little will come of it. It is also such a rare demographic, its irrelevant. I am as afraid of transsexuals as I am a bunny rabbit.
Lefties whine about how men are a threat, which by and large they are not. Then they go about making things as accommodating as possible for the most significant form of deviancy, male heterosexuality out of place. They talk about "rape culture" while allowing men in women's bathrooms and then want to import cultures with high frequency of rape.

This didn't happen as the result of a law though. Intensifying views from the social justice crowd has lead to an environment where not believing in trans rights is a very dangerous game. And what constitutes as not believing in trans rights has expanded a great deal. Target's bathroom policy has nothing to do with the law. It's about a political climate too willing to deal in absolutes, absolutes that aren't even necessarily based on anything of substance.
How much in this story actually changes if the person who took that picture was actually a woman.
None of it.
But because this is a trans issue, we have to talk about it. Jesus...
How much in this story actually changes if you dont allow any individual who claims to feel like a female into a woman's changing room?
There is a reason why men are responsible for the vast majority of sexual offenses. Now when you have this kind of open ended policy it becomes an invitation for any voyeur pervs or weirdos that want unfettered access to women's facilities.
I can see Target facing a myriad of lawsuits as a result of this.

Not really a trans issue, per se, but a male issue. I doubt we'll be seeing similar voyeristic arrests for FTM trans people
