Uh, no. Citizenship is for the most part irrevocable. In extremely rare (read: nearly unheard of) cases, a citizenship can be revoked on the basis that it was originally granted under false pretenses. Like ex-Nazis who lied about their past life.
Not to mention that such a proposal is frankly, bigoted.
