Where are you getting that? The current expansion is the 4th largest and passed Ws last year. It will pass Reagans next year.

Sure it does. Medicare is worse because it is the sum total of approximately 65 years of life choices. I think obesity should be punished personally as preventative diseases would take a good chunk out of TOTAL healthcare costs.
