The flag is not racist. Only people are, so I don't care if the carry a poo bear flag. The are racists in their hearts. But people like to hide behind maks - and flags, display some type o loyalty but underneath are dark thoughts. Some people are just that way- ignore them.
The poll here is pretty telling. Almost 96% say no. Those who said yes who posted couldn't come up with much to say with any credibility. Other than simplistic , unintelligent babble. Uneducated opining, stated as fact. Lol, from people who fancy themselves as being of higher intellect as well. Go figure..
Is the Gadsden flag racist?
The "Don't Tread on Me" Flag just got trod upon – by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The EEOC is investigating whether the Revolutionary War-era Gadsden Flag could be considered a racist symbol in the workplace. In recent years, the yellow flag with its coiled snake has also become a symbol of the Tea Party.
If it can be considered "racial harassment" to show the Gadsden flag, then it can also be considered "racial harassment" to show a BLM t-shirt, bumper sticker or yard sign. This is a VERY slippery slope SJW's.
The left used to be for freedom of speech, freedom of expression, etc. It's the opposite with Hillary supporters. Bernie supporters seem to get it, but far too many will sacrifice what they believe in and do what's wrong by voting Hillary anyhow.

Is the flag itself racist, absolutely not.
Can people who use it be racist, absolutely.
Part of the problem in this discussion and many others is the attempt to dismiss the claims of racism by saying an object itself cant be racist.
