Agreed. Same here. Our "hood rats" are mostly of the PWT kind and; their kind CAN'T scream "racism" when the cops put them in their place.

Nice idea, but won't happen. the portion of the Black population that educates themselves, and reaches the middle class, will wisely become part of the Black Brain Drain, and escape to safe regions of America. I do not blame them. They must do whatever self-preservation requires.

This is the thing though. You mention leaving the lawlessness behind. That is understandable. The lawlessness is in Milwaukee, particularly the north side of the city. Why leave the entire state of Wisconsin? That is the main thing in question. This is especially considering that Georgia, and Atlanta has its own degree of lawlessness No rioting in Atlanta though.
