Yeah...you're so right.

My old Platoon Sgt's brother was killed earlier this year...must've been those black fellas in the OP's link that did it, huh? I'll call the cops and let them know that you've solved the case. Meanwhile...

Well "good samaritan" is just a silly sensational media label. $20.00 was presumably a mutually-agreed-upon fee for the service, and I think it passes the "reasonable person" test as well. This is murder and the perpetrator(s) should be incarcerated at length.

He told them he would help them retrieve the vehicle for $20, before he did it. They apparently agreed with no intention of honoring their bargain. They deserve life in prison with no parole at the very least. Evil scum!

If our justice system did it's job, these criminals would have been behind bars, and the victim would still be alive.

"According to The Post, both suspects had prior criminal records, and, in fact, at the time of the shooting, Frasier was out on bond for possession of a stolen vehicle. Likewise, Tyler-Dupree has a record that includes at least eight prior arrests over the last two years, for infractions ranging from possession of a controlled substance to second-degree burglary, with Frasier having a similar record."

They have a bright future ahead of them being Bubba's little b*tches in prison. Good job boys, you made your momma proud. Their lives won't be a complete waste at least.

I agree. But the victim was no more a good Samaritin than the neighborhood grocer who provides my food. After I pay him of course.

The thing that provided some "hope" for me is that whoever the vehicle belonged to, she ratted them out and they ultimately confessed. At least they (so far) have not eschewed some level of responsibility.

This is just another reason why people will no longer stop and help. It only helps those motorists truly in need such as the disabled, elderly, physically weak, etc.

Sorry, the watering down of words such as hero, good Samaritan, courage, racist, etc. is a pet peeve of mine.

and justifying cold blooded hoodrat behavior is a pet peeve of mine!!! Go tell that to the victims grieving family!!!
