The day after 3,000 Americans were slaughtered by terrorists, Trump was only worried about his own building, and had to brag in an interview that it is now the tallest. You wanna talk about narcissism? This is the most egregious example someone can provide.
That certainly speaks to his level of class, none whatsoever, the total egotistical con man who seems to have conned his way to the verge of the Presidency of the USA..

It may be true that his might be the tallest, but he offered to build at the 9-11 site and did say he wanted the tallest building to the sky he could make built there.
Probably wishes he could have built that the way he helped build the Vietnam Vet wall memorial.

He offered to build the biggest tallest building on that site and did not get to do it, I guess he feels bad his is still the tallest after he had offered to make it the tallest.

Based on what I heard, he was having a give and take with an interviewer who started his question about damage to Trump's building by mentioning that it was "one of the landmark buildings down in the financial district".
Since the interviewer brought up the significant status of the building, I really don't see what the issue is with Trump commenting in response that it was the tallest before the WTC was built, was the second tallest once the twin towers were completed and would again be the tallest.

Keep digging, maybe you'll find something that will make headline news.
If you want something disgusting, talk about Hillary: "We didn't lose a single person in Libya." Or her lying about the terrorist attack being the result of an "offensive video!" Then lying to the faces of the parents of those four men. How about that she keeps repeating that "Islam is a religion of peace," and "terrorism has nothing to do with Islam!"
I couldn't care less what Trump may or may not have said about his building or the twin towers. He wasn't disparaging those killed, and he wasn't making light of the attack.
Come on, give the guy a break. I look for a bit of humor in bad situations. If you don't laugh you're gonna cry.
My feeling exactly: I don't think he has much class: obviously class and money do not go hand in hand, but I still do not think this statement was meant to be taken the way anti Trump people are taking it. We all know his biggest problem is speaking before he thinks. There are a lot more important things to worry about, other than what he meant and why he said what he did. Let's face it, some people are grabbing at straws now that his ratings are going up. Statements like yesterday are not going to persuade people not to vote for him.
He's a New Yorker. Not some pussified wimp from Liberalville. Men can make jokes in bad situations. It's how we process things sometimes. He had friends in that building. He was hurting and angry as anyone.
