POTUS in Philly throws out a joking "thanks, Obama" after someone in audience yells out that gas is $2 a gallon.
So, can NC voters then thank McCrory even more for the $1.79 gas here? After all, I am sure the Governor had as much impact on gas prices as the President.

Actually he ended half the Federal leases in oil. This was ALL PRIVATE SECTOR ACTIVITY SUCCESSFUL AT GETTING AROUND OBAMA, not anything Obama contributed.
Giving up Iraq to Isis and destabilizing Libya for Isis and making Iran a regional power giving them bomb rights and billions would be Obama and Hillary.
Plus he wanted to raise gas taxes when the price dropped negating any savings the American consumer would have experienced. Because he's all for the little guy.

Presidents are vilified when gas prices are high. Nothing new. So Obama should get all the credit for low prices. I paid $1.71 at Costco last week which means there is more money to spend or save, LOL.
