That black cops are no longer truly black and must surrender their “black card” to the NAACP. In the context of the Keith Scott shooting, this statement also implies that black police officers are transformed into racist white killers of innocent black men.

You would think that black communities and civic groups who wanted better relations with police would, first of all, support the black officers in their local departments. I seem to recall that, once upon a time, there was a big push in this country to get more minority officers in the ranks.
I am sure that this is still true. The NAACP does not speak for all black people, either individuals or communities. In fact, if you think about it, the NAACP exists to exploit the perception of folks of color as a persecuted underclass. The perception goes away, no reason for the existence of the NAACP, racemongers such as Jesse Jackson and his ilk. Hence, they promote the agenda.

We have an alphabet soup of organizations that speak for us such as the United Jewish Appeal (UJA), American Jewish Committee (AJC), B'Nai Brith (no acronym that I know of), Association of Reform Zionists of America ("ARZA") (specializing in rights of Reofrm Jewry in Israel), Union of Reform Judaism ("URJ"), etc. Antisemitism is only a small part of the agendas of these groups.

That is a topic for another forum. The topic of this one was the NAACP. Although in reading the linked article, apparently the comment under discussion was made by a member of a local NAACP chapter. Although I haven't read of any criticism of the comment by national NAACP representatives, I sure hope this ridiculous comment does not represent their views.

I think it represents the views of too many. To use street vernacular, there are lots of black criticisms of certain blacks who want to assimilate for "talking white" (link)? Definition of "talking white" (link):
