Because I've met women who have dominated me intellectually--and I'm considered kinda smart myself.
I've know women stronger, faster, more centered, sexually amazing and just altogether better persons, than myself.
If you mean 'Dominate' in some other sense--anyone can break...and anyone can be broken---it's what they do after that defines them..as weak..or strong.
Lol...well said. This whole "dominance" thing, the alpha mentality, I really don't get it. Hell, I've had "friends" try and give me relationship advice with my lady and I, telling me I'm a doormat and all that. Thing is, its just not so. Yes, I dote on my lady, but she's hardly wiping her boots on me. So, I just don't see how I'm a doormat, just because I show my girl some extra attention. I open doors, pull out her chair, even been known to get up early to give her breakfast in bed.
Because sbes important to me. Valuable beyond measure. None of what I do is coerced, in any way, and if she does step on my toes, I'll tell her so, but she doesn't do that often enough to be an issue. She goes out of her way for me too. Always makes sure to appreciate me, and takes nothing for granted. So, I don't feel one bit beta, or whatever. Truly, she's not a woman who can be dominated. She may be small, but she is fierce, and I love her all the more for it. I can't imagine foregoing what we have because of any of the reasons I've seen listed here , by guys trying to justify giving up on women.
This movement just seems very... odd to me. I respect everyone's rights to their feelings regarding relationships and their own social and sexual lives. The whole thing just seems very anger based, if you will. And that can't be good for you.

Very true. A little tenderness can go a long way. I know in my relationship, that showing that side of myself is a good thing. Something that I share , privately, with my lady. She's the only one privy to that side of me, and that makes her special, and she knows it, what's more. Anybody commenting in a judgemental manner to her , regarding me, won't get very far. Because she knows the real me.

most women want to be loved by, and love in return, a man with high sexual market value. So they all compete for the perceived top men. An average man can love an average woman, but an average woman finds it very difficult to be satisfied with an average man.
well, in my most humble opinion, there is only one type of man I want to sleep with/date anyway. Mr. Man's man.

I wondered about that too. My youngest kid goes off to college next year. His friends in college already are warning him about the so-called rape culture on college campuses and how dangerous dating can be. They all warn him to never ever be alone with a girl, even just walking across campus. If it's her word against yours, you lose.
It's been 10 years since my oldest graduated college, and wow have things changed.
