Since there seem to be this running theme in this forum about black people being criminals. Then I would challenge anyone to actually state in pure numbers how many black people are actually criminals. The reason why I ask this is because there seems to be a a bad misconception that MOST black people are criminals. But this is an illogical assumption.
There are less than 10,000 murders in the USA every year. If black people commit half of those, then that means that means that 40 million people share 5,000 murders on average every year. t's hard to share 5,000 among 40 million. So this leads to a very small percentage of black people who are actually violent criminals. Even if you wanted to narrow this down to black males who are 18-35 who commit murders. The number is still only 10%, and that number is high for white murders too. Actually very close.
So now can anyone actually tell me what percentage of all black people are actually murders?
Most of these are not for murder. And this still doesn't say what percentage of the black population is actually involved in crime. Again, we're talking about 5,000 murders shared amongst 40 million people. Now do the math for me.

2. Black males ages 30 to 34 have the highest crime rate of any race/ethnicity gender and age combination. (According to America Community Survey.)

4. "The Lifetime chances of going to prison are 32.2% for Black males and 17.2% for Latino males, while only 5.9% for White males." (Finzen 301)

Why don't you look it up yourself and post it? What's with the crack me open a beer approach?
its also not relevant how many actual criminals. If it was one person committing all the crime and only the race were known , it would modify behavior. There is also the contextual problem in that a white or Asian in an all black neighborhood is going to attract attention. In that case the level of complacency among others matters. Blacks don't seem as concerned about criminal activity. They don't "snitch". So there is a lot more to it than who is the actual criminal. It is in fact one of the biggest tragedies of the problem. Other races end up in the ground or the hospital and blacks are stigmatized.
So its not only the amount of criminals but the social climate that is both complacent to crime or even accommodating to it. Either way people who move into all black neighborhoods who are not black often wind up dead.
I can't even find that claim on their website. And there is a section about racial disparity, but it say 1 out of 10 black males in their 30s. so I'm going to say that statistical claim is simply just a statistical claim with nothing tangible to back that up.
