Womens rights are only relevant when it is in pursuit of conservatives, not liberals. There have been many examples of this over the years where sexual assault claims have been assumed to be true if the accused has an (R) by his name. However if there is a (D) next to the mans name, the accusers are suddenly not to be believed and publicly attacked.
