Pretty sure Asian families are as economically illiterate as anyone of any race in America. There is no way a small business owner should ever vote for Trump. There is nothing in his platform that would help small business owners.

One of my Chinese American co-workers has told me that older generation Chinese Americans tend to be far more conservative and capitalistic than their children or grandchildren. said Co-worker is a libertarian, but says his dad literally has a picture of Ronald Reagan on the wall of his man-cave. He's also said that older Chinese Americans are typically gun owners as well.
While I don't know any Cubans, I've read that there are a lot of similarities to Chinese Americans immigrant within the older generations, due to experiencing true Communism. I used to work with a guy from Czechoslovakia that was the same way.
There's probably some truth to that.
And today, it's different. Younger Cuban Americans and Vietnamese Americans for that matter(who grew up or were born in the USA) don't care for the emigre concern with Communism, which often takes extreme forms - like Ly Tong, who pulls a lot of crazy stunts:

Trump's plans puts just as much of a burden on small business as Clinton's fan. If small business really cared about their interest, they would straight up vote for libertarian candidates or another third party that promotes free market principals.
Whites are not voting in lock step on tribalism and group identity or for open borders to their ethnic group, that's the difference. We vote based on conservation of American values and culture and on socialism vs independence.
I disagree. I live in the South and voting is very racially divided. And you think this is about socialism vs independence, go to Kentucky and West Virginia. High rates of welfare dependency among Whites in those states. There is alot of tribalism that goes on in voting in the South.
Asians being pro-trump surprises the hell out of me. Asians are typically staunch Democrats, which makes no sense given their strong family values and work ethic.
Asia's a big continent. Remember, they're lumping Indians and Pakistanis into that category as well. I don't know a single south Asian naturalized US citizen who ISN'T a Republican.

Maybe you don't understand what we mean by tribalism then. Tribalism is where an ethnic or racial group only votes for things that are good for their group/tribe as a whole and it's not necessarily in the best interests of our nation and our citizens as a whole.
