Thats how Saudis infiltrate countries & their govt to start 'mass conversions'. In third world countries they sponsored 'madrasaas' (religious schools) & mosques to radicalize people & funded local leaders for support. In democratic christian countries like usa, uk, germany, france with strong economy & freedom of religion, the same infiltration strategy wont work because people are too liberal & modern. So you start flooding these countries with refugees & the govt will be forced to change laws to accomodate them. Fund leaders like Merkel & Hillary to fool their citizens into accepting refugees as a humanitarian cause. Saudi & majority of Muslim countries have no refugee or permanent immigration policies.
Germany is already paying welfare for refugee families with 4wives, some of them as young as 12. So they are already bending their laws. With rising refugee population you have to bend backwards & change your way of life to help them assimilate. Women need to cover up otherwise they will be assaulted. You have to start supplying halal foods in markets. Women & men need to be segregated in public places like swimming pools because of rising assaults. You will hesitate to celebrate Christmas openly in public places so that they are not offended. There will be special provisions for refugees so there goes your equal rights & democracy. This is how you invade & change the culture of a country. You might not convert your religion but you are being outnumbered so you are no longer a free democratic country that prides itself for freedom of speech, religion, woman's rights or LGBT rights. You have just handed over your country & have to either put up & shut up or move away.
