That would not happen. A president can't serve more than two terms. I would guess that Congress would have to appoint a temporary president or maybe Biden would take over (not good).
The line of succession is clearly delineated in the U.S. Constitution. Article 2 and the 25th amendment.

Nobody thinks she is fit mentally or physically to do the job. BUT she has powerful bosses and they'll give her what she wants if she'll then shut up and go away. That is to be elected POTUS and to get her fat ass in the history books and then to quickly and quietly step aside so another chosen stooge can take over. Its a game to them. They weaken and divide the country even more than it is now, leave the federal government a shambles so its even weaker and more prone to infighting and outside manipulation.
She's likely to lose the election, and if she doesnt, is very likely to be sent to jail or die of a health problem. She's only running because for decades she has had a crazed obsession with becoming the first female president.
