We lived in a sanctuary city in the southwest where the police were not allowed to ask or write down if a criminal was an illegal. We had a huge spike over the years in rapes, burglaries, and drug crime that paralleled with a huge influx of illegals coming in.
But we couldn't document it because the police and courts weren't allowed to cite if they were illegals.
Same thing happened with the huge drop of quality education in our schools. Being a sanctuary city, schools weren't allowed to document how many illegals they had as students even though everyone knew the schools were failing because of all the illegals flooding the schools.
If any illegal commits a crime, charge the city with aiding and abetting.
This is already in the works. Private citizens and lawyers are prepared
to sue cities for Federal law violations.
The mayors who think they will resist Trump need to realize they can
go to prison for committing crimes. Trump is only acting nice about this
right now, once he's in, it's party time. He will take pleasure in ruining
their lives.
Sanctuary Cities.... that can be nothing but a do gooder liberal/ socialist idea in the first place.
Someone breaks the law and it is found that they already violated the laws by being in the country illegally so they let them go? It defies common sense. They break the law which usually results in loss of property and or injury to a person, think drunk driving then the victim has to be repaired, their car repaired and depending on their insurance it is money out of their pocket plus pain and suffering. The illegal that caused the crash goes on his way facing no penalties and if summoned to court will probably not show up. Try to arrest or sue the illegal he disappears.
Would an American citizen be given a pass or be able to disappear? No because most of us have something to lose that we worked hard for.
This needs to end now. If an illegal is arrested for a crime they need to be held until ICE comes to pick them up for detention and prosecution. This is already the law of the land but these cities are allowed to violate it. No longer.
If they do then the Feds need to Fine them each time.

Good luck with trying to even find the illegals here in Los Angeles. Do any of you realize that L.A. is a city of 4 million people? That's just within the city boundaries. L.A. County has a population of more than 10 million people. You can bet that if the federal government sends tanks in (which I seriously doubt would happen), there will be human chains in place to stop them.
