President-elect Donald Trump’s immigration advisers could recommend a registry for immigrants from Muslim countries and countries with significant problems with terrorism, according to a top ally.
Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, an immigration hard-liner who has been advising Trump, told Reuters that transition policy advisers are weighing the merits of such a registry.
He added that the policy could be recommended as part of initial executive orders “so that Trump and the Department of Homeland Security hit the ground running.”

Two thumbs up for Kris Kobach!!! We have a voter photo ID requirement for voting unlike most other states. He has worked, pretty much by himself in our state (since business loves cheap labor) to curb illegal aliens thriving as criminals in our country!

Also, Trump has acknowledged that some areas because of the lay of the land would have to have electronic surveillance. I am sure that Trump will actually take advice from Border Control officials to guide him toward a plan.
