It was that darn memo.

I knew it would be bad luck.

While there's a little lull in the action, whatever happened to those "weeks?"

“Infrastructure week” ended with Trump getting into a feud with the Mayor of London and never getting around to any actual infrastructure.

"Tech week" had about as much tech as infrastructure week had infrastructure.

Then Trump flew to Iowa where he rambled incoherently about wanting to live on a farm, while demonstrating he didn't understand how wind works.

To be fair, one of the reasons that “tech week” turned out to be an off-topic disaster, was that Trump had blurted out how he was being investigated for firing the FBI Director.

I don't recall what happened to "Health Care" week. Did Trump take the focus off the Republicans' gawdawful bill by doing something spectacularly ridiculous? Did he admit to another crime? I can't remember.

The "weeks" never amounted to much but comic relief.

Which I, for one, believe we could use during these "troubling" days.

Don’t forget Made in America week, where he ignored where Trump products are made....

Right, the sooner he faces it, the sooner we can get this over with and get on with everything.. but of course, he is not going to face anything, ever... (until they haul him off and even then, will be resistant).

Geez, thanks to Drumpf's father (and mother) for doing such a great job at creating this abomination, to end up negatively affecting others all over the world.

That's what I had said. He could do so for a while, even if being known later on who he is, it's just that he won't be able to keep that name. He still has a chance to recover, though surely has been affected. I thought, maybe one day at a mature age, he may write a book about the outlandish experience and how he was able to change his life.

Hah, yeah.

And just to say to those who believe T has a high IQ - who knows if it is what he says it is? It's probably made up like so much else...likely paying to have it stated as otherwise, years ago.

Trump started out yesterday tweeting a lie about how “thousands of people are marching in the UK because their [universal healthcare] system is going broke and not working.”

In fact, they were marching in support of NHS.

Then he went off on Schiff, calling him “one of the biggest liars and leakers in Washington.”

I'm pretty sure Trump has nailed the "biggest liar" title down and that with that memo, he and Nunes can claim the "leaker" title as well.

Later in the day, he accused Democrats of treason for not clapping more enthusiastically at his SOTU speech.

And thus ends another day for the POTUS.

For those who missed it, Trump went to Ohio yesterday to promote the his payday loan tax scam and the great economic benefits of same. Of course, he kept meandering off to his growing list of personal grievances, including the ever-popular cracks about Clinton.

“Can we call that treason? Why not?” he said in references to the Democrat's frosty reaction to his SOTU speech. No mention of Melania's frosty reaction to his porn star escapades.

Trump moved on to lying about Nunes' memo, exclaiming how "We caught 'em," and how he and Nunes, "We’re like the great sleuth.”

Too bad Nunes and Carter Page weren't there to celebrate the great victory.

Trump did manage to get around to the tremendous economic benefits of the Republican payday loan tax scam.

As luck would have it, he got to this portion of his remarks just as the Dow Jones Industrial Average was dropping, one the networks kept cutting away to cover the tanking stock market.
