I mean why are they trying to alienate the biggest demographic in the country? Why do they hate white people so much? I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she meant 'leading the party' as in not needing a white person in leadership position but still.

I figured that is what she meant but the political climate right now is that rural white working class people tend to be neglected by the party in favor of urban metro residents and minorities. It just seems like a poor choice of words.
