She was exposed in Benghazi for running guns which led to Americans deaths. The ones who didn't get the guns retaliated. She hired Marc Turi to run guns to Syrian and Libyan rebels. She lied about the gun running when questioned in Congress.
The only failures are the uninformed or blinded progressives who refuse to address the truth.
