Any time you read something from New York City or California and think "this can't be serious?" just always know that it is. That's what happens when you put the least intelligent and most unqualified people (i.e., liberals) in positions of power.

Cows emit a massive amount of methane through belching, with a lesser amount through flatulence.
So much so that there are a few startup companies that are trying to figure out a cost effective method of collecting the methane and reusing it for fuel. I personally would rather them help fund some of these startups rather than put it on the farmers/ranchers via regulations. It think regulations end up more punitive than anything else...
That actually should increase your scoffing, not decrease it.
Why? I'm all for startups creating market and evolving technologies. If successful they become job creators. If there is a "need" there is a business possibility.
sounds like california is going to lose all the dairy and meat business to the rest of the western states.
California has a regulation that all milk sold in CA has to be produced in CA.
