Poor people had more kids even before the not so Great Society.
You're right. And they often died young. Which is why people from foreign countries generally have 20 kids, since they know 18 will die by age 7. Then they come here and still have 20 kids and they all live to be 83 and each of their kids have 20 kids. (Although their kids are having 20 kids just because they're poor and have nothing better to do, not because they think a bunch will die.)
Maybe in the city more families are like mine, think only eskimos are not represented In the family, although my bro was in Alaska? I love it! Thing about white,,, it is really cut in many other ways. Many countries in the world have white race, but many here don't accept those.

Thanks to illegal immigration courtesy of Bush and Obama.
Illegal immigration rose during the Bracero program in the 1940s when millions of poor Mexicans were recruited to fill manual labor positions. But yeah, facts and history don't matter.
People have continued to be recruited for manual labor since then, regardless of legal status.
