"Russian trolls 101. Notice them - ignore them" by yours truly Ariete.

1. Denial
- Russia has done nothing, especially if it's wrong. Russia does only right things, and if it can be considered wrong, it's something which never happened

2. Anger
- Accusations of russophobia, politics unfavourable towards Russia, supposed badmouthing of Russia

3. Whataboutism
- Changing the subject to something another country did in the past. Example: "Yes maybe we invaded Crimea (which we didn't), but what about the US invading Grenada in 1982 and Britain colonising India in the 1700's?"

4. Propaganda and counter-propaganda
- Usually blaming nations with truly free media of state propaganda and brainwashing. The train of thought is that because Russia has never had free media, no other country can

5. Questioning the mental state of the others
- Usually referring to a mental illness, or insulting the other posters of being ignorant, stupid, an idiot, naive etc. Commonly also suggesting that the other persons should take their medicine. All this is common in Russian debates, but not in the West

6. Victimisation
- Russia is referred as an innocent virginal victim which has never done anything wrong or wants anyone harm, but is constantly bullied by countries like Germany, France and the US. Also includes covert operations like the CIA, NWO, space nazis and so on

7. Referrals to idealistic romanticism
- Mostly very far-fetched irredentism. Like a place belongs morally and historically to Russia, as some poet were born in that place 200 years ago, or because Kiev is the first capital of Russia, it is legally Russia, though that happened 1100 years ago

8. Bullying
- Changing the subject to invoke superiority or fear into others, mostly neighbouring countries. For example "Poland has 0 nukes, Russia 20,000, so you'll better shut up"

9. Poor knowledge of the English language, weird word order
- No surprise here

10. Dr. Göbbels
- Repeat a lie and it becomes the truth

To emulate? No, you got me wrong. There are numerous people from different countries including americans are coming to Russia and are trying to get the russian citizenship. Steven Seagal got the russian citizenship just recently. Jeff Monson got it before. Another famous american who became russian is Roy Jones jr. And the french actor Gerard Depardieu became russian citizen. And there are hundreds ordinary americans keep coming to Russia yearly and settle across the country. I know you won't believe me but it is truth. Sorry dude, but you sound foolish. You know about Russia from CNN and a hollywood blockbuster but you say about "the chit life" there like you lived in Russia yourself. Please don't be such ignorant hater.

Hardly, Russia is our enemy, and likely will always be due to their focus on the collective. That said, even during the cold war we were on civil terms with the Soviets. Gorbachev and Regan met regularly and even liked each other on a personal level.

Obama is an idiot. Seriously, he is a complete moron when it comes to international relations. He has no concept of diplomacy and acts more like a petulant child than a statesman. His recent actions with the Russian diplomats has to be one of the dumbest moves I have ever seen, and that is even putting Carter in the running. He has no clue of how to handle these issues which is why Putin made him like like a dumb piece of crap in his response to the diplomat actions. He took all the wind out of the sails of Obama and in front of the entire world, made him look plain stupid.

Obama is showing us how stupid and immature US progressives are, how they have no emotional control and can't handle anything with grace under pressure. They lie so much that they can't keep their stories straight and everyone ignores them for the tantrum throwing children they are.

I might know more about Russia than you suspect!
Daily life for your average Russian is a chit life!
End of arguing with you.

This is something I noticed progressives tend to do on most topics. Instead of dealing with any particular argument directly and with proper validation means, they come up with near little lists to categorize their dismissals. They make neat little names to call people and put them into nice little boxes for easy classification. I think they do this because you need to have a factory like process to dealing with the issues as it makes talking point organization for mass narrative pushes easier.

They have been doing this sort of stuff with Climate Change for years. It is amusing to an extent, but really tired an old. In fact, it reminds me of how children deal with various things in life.
